By combining athletic, aerobic movements with functional strength exercises means that this program will have you looking and feeling amazing.
TribeKIDS™
TribeKIDS™ is our fun youth fitness programm that builds fit, healthy and confident kids. TribeKIDS™ involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow - pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift. TribeKIDS™ workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges.
Large Group Training
Led by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Unleash your energy, push your limits, and train like a team. This HIIT-style circuit workout is designed to maximize results in minimal time— Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this format delivers scalable intensity, full-body conditioning, and nonstop motivation.
Small Group Personal Training
Led by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, each session is designed to combine the personalized attention of one-on-one coaching with the motivation and energy of a close-knit group environment. With a maximum of [4–6] participants per group, you'll benefit from customized programming tailored to your individual goals, while enjoying the accountability and camaraderie of fellow members on a similar journey.
1 on 1 Personal Training
Each session is designed and led by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, focused entirely on your unique goals, abilities, and needs. Whether you're starting your fitness journey, training for performance, or navigating recovery, you’ll receive a program that evolves with you—backed by expert guidance, real-time feedback, and evidence-based strategies.
Movement Consultations for Active Pain
If you’re dealing with discomfort during workouts—tight knees, cranky shoulders, or that nagging lower back—you’re not alone. Many people push through pain because it doesn’t feel “serious enough” for medical attention.
That’s where I come in.
These consultations are designed to help you understand how your body’s moving right now. I’ll observe your mechanics, listen to what you’re feeling, and help you adjust your training approach to reduce strain and move more efficiently.
